STANDARD INSTALLMENT PLAN

  • Reservation contract with a reservation fee of 150.000 CZK incl. VAT
  • Payment of 20% of the purchasing price incl. VAT upon signing the Future Purchase Contract
  • Signing of the Future Purchase Contract upon the commencement of construction
  • Additional payment of up to 100% of the purchasing price incl. VAT upon completion/final approval before signing the Purchase Contract
  • Payments possible from own resources, mortgage loan or a combination of both

INDIVIDUAL FINANCING WITH A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT!

In case of interest, we also allow an extraordinary payment of the purchasing price in advance, up to 90% of the purchasing price incl. VAT. This payment can be made at the time of signing of Future Purchase Contract or at any time during the construction of the project. In this case, the last payment after the project’s final approval must be at least 10% of the purchasing price incl. VAT.

We provide an attractive interest rate bonification in the form of a discount on the purchasing price for the entire amount paid in advance compared to the standard installment plan.
