Family is everything to us. That's why we've created a safe space where you have everything you need at hand so you can focus on creating memories together. In the immediate area there is a children's playground and a shopping center with a restaurant, wine shop, itness & wellness center, a delicatessen and a grocery store with household items. The local elementary school is only a few minutes away on foot via a safe route, while the center of Chabry and the town hall are also nearby.
Education
As part of the fourth phase of the project, we built and handed over the brand new Beranov Kindergarten, to the city district, so that families in Nové Chabry could have a pre-school for their children. Just a 10-minute walk along a safe road, there is a newly renovated elementary school with a capacity of more than 500 students, a unique sports hall, an outdoor sports field, a new cafeteria, and modern equipped classrooms.
COMMUNITY
The Moringa Tree Club community center with programs for children and adults alike is at your disposal, perfect for building good relationships with your neighbors. In addition to meeting neighbors and acquaintances, you can use the shared spaces for undisturbed work, or conveniently rent them out for private celebrations.
Safety
The urban design ensures enough privacy and safety for you and your family. This also promotes a friendly neighborhood community. Another bonus is the possibility of parking in the onsite underground garages. HEALTH
Living a healthy life in a busy city may seem contradictory at first glance, but in Nový Chabry it is not an issue. A modern fitness & wellness center, operates in the commercial center, an outdoor sports field is located right on the premises of the project, and a bike path with an outdoor fitness zone winds along it. The nearby Ďáblický and Čimický háj and the Drahanské údolí valley are perfect for nature walks and trips, while lovers of longer walks will surely appreciate the nearby valley of the Vltava River.
