The prices listed do not include the prices for parking places and cellars. The prices are valid until a new price list is published. The seller is entitled to make changes to this price list at any time prior to signing of the binding reservation agreement with the client.
The price does not include the price of a parking place starting at 300,000 CZK excl. VAT.
The price does not include the price of a motorcycle parking place starting at 60,000 CZK excl. VAT.

Pre-reservation, or preliminary booking, is not a binding reservation. A pre-reservation puts the flat on hold for 5 days. A pre-reservation is not valid until the seller confirms in writing or an e-mail that a pre-reservation has been made.
